Professional Services · Coimbra Automotive Field Technician Automotive Field Technician (f/m/d) Your contribute to a #zerodowntimefuture You'll be responsible to conduct field work regarding the installation, uninstallation, reinstallation of the Stratio Databox, our in-vehicle data collection unit, following the defined processes. You will be part of our amazing Service team, who support our valued customers with all their post sales needs; Installation, Support & Customer Success. As an Automotive Field Technician you will Perform field work or remote support to Install Hardware Solution; Perform field work or remote support to fix Stratio Hardware Solution issues affecting the service; Perform training to customers and partners related to work with Stratio Hardware solutions; Report work progress to the supervisor; Report customer feedback to the supervisor; Represent Stratio in front of the customer professionally; Help the supervisor with the documentation of the field work. This is what we believe is needed for this role Technical degree or certification on electrical or mechanical area; Driver's license B; Full Availability and flexibility to travel abroad; Great level of autonomy and ability to work under pressure; Independent user of the English language. Bonus Points Knowledge working with Diagnostic Equipment; Knowledge and understanding on in-vehicle communication networks; Understanding on OBD, UDS, FMS, ISO 15765, J1939, J1708, KWP2000 or any other protocol used in vehicle networks; Previous experience in automotive/electrical maintenance; Knowledge of other languages (Spanish, French, etc).
