In this vital role within Digital Technology and Innovation (DTI), you will work as a technologist to support and resolve day-to-day issues across a wide variety of solutions partnering with a diverse international team. You will have the ability to cross train on core technologies and further develop your skills in the areas that interest you most. Working across business functions, no two days will be the same as you respond to critical issues and resolve business problems.The responsibilities of the role will includeTo be successful in this role, you will need to:Exposure to any of the following technical areas: Integration/ETL/Informatica, CSharp, Planisware, Tableau, Cognos, Mulesoft, Sharepoint, Desktop Installation, One Trust, Dynatrace, Cloud Computing (AWS/ Microsoft Azure/GCP), Python, DevOps, Java, .NET, SalesforceExperience in reading/understanding Quick Reference Guides or Knowledgebase Documents (QRGs and KBs) and knowledge articles regarding application support and maintenanceFamiliar with Agile principles and processesLeverage best practices, disciplined approaches, and standards to solving technical problems.Perform application monitoring, debug, optimization, and refinement.Apply standard methodologies and experience to build, develop and customize applicationsConduct software preventative maintenance (SRT testing), patching, and upgrades where requiredRespond to adhoc application service and reporting requestsManage Incident response and resolutionWork in a fast-paced changing environment, under pressure, balancing multiple assignments simultaneouslyWINWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOUWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
