The Role As an Automation Developer , you'll play a key role in optimizing our processes and building innovative solutions. Here's what you'll be doing: Optimize processes : Enhance the performance and scalability of RPA/DPA and Power Platform applications. Mentor and guide : Share your expertise with junior developers and promote best practices in development. Collaborate : Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to design and implement automated solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Review and improve : Assess design solutions from other developers, ensuring they are resource-efficient and impactful. Spot new opportunities : Contribute to identifying new automation possibilities that will add value to the business. Lead by example : Help streamline processes by offering your subject matter expertise and support across teams. Qualifications What We're Looking For You'll be a great fit for this role if you have: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business, or a related field. Experience in RPA/DPA development (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Platform). Power Platform experience (a plus). Proficiency in programming languages like C#, PowerShell, or Python. Hands-on experience with process analysis , requirements gathering, and flowcharting. A strong understanding of how RPA can solve real business challenges. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
