Audit, Risk, and Compliance are an unstoppable trio at the front line of evaluating whether the business is on safe footing, working across functions, products, and regions to build the best possible infrastructure.
We're looking for a superstar Internal Auditor who has experience auditing fintech, banking processes, or has worked in risk or compliance roles. You'll execute internal audits across our expanding global business within the Revolut Bank UAB team.

What you'll be doingWorking closely with the Portfolio Lead to develop and execute audit programmes in accordance with audit policies, procedures, methodologies, and regulatory requirementsProactively seeking ways to make the best use of data as part of our audit process, including to inform our understanding of risks, test controls, identify process inefficiencies, and provide relevant insights to the businessProviding input and assisting in the identification of relevant risks and regulatory requirements for incorporation as part of our audit scope and work programmesInteracting with staff to obtain an understanding of relevant risks, controls, and processesAssisting in communicating and discussing findings with business unit managementDeveloping audit reports, which identify deficiencies and underlying root causes, providing recommendations to mitigate/address deficiencies while adding valueConducting research and completing assigned training requirements necessary to maintain relevanceCollaborating with business units at all levels to develop recommendations for audit findings, business process optimisation, internal controls, and complianceConducting follow-up reviews of deficiencies noted during auditsMonitoring audit progress against expected timelines, scope, etc.Managing projects to completion, escalating promptly where requiredWhat you'll need3+ years of experience in an audit-related role within a regulated financial services environmentProficiency working with and interpreting data, ideally with SQL experienceKnowledge of IIA standardsA desire and drive to learn, grow, and have an impact quickly as part of an expanding teamExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving skillsImpeccable interpersonal communication skillsNice to haveExperience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on executionGet what you need to succeedFinancial benefits that show we value your workFlexibility to work from home, the office or abroadA free Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perksExciting events year-round so you can get to know your team
