Audit Manager (External Audit)

POSITION/ROLE SUMMARYThis role will focus on leading and managing a team, handle a portfolio of clients and act as their relationship manager, and perform engagement economics.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Participate in training, coaching, and other developmental opportunities within the assigned team members.Proactively provide feedback to direct team members and teams across the group, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with superiors and subordinate customers.Take ownership of a portfolio of engagements, assigning work to team members and reviewing their work prior to completion and delivery back to customers.Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by leading the team effectively based on the set objective and performance output.Participate in a wide range of projects; consistently demonstrating creative thinking and individual initiative.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSEducational Background: Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.Essential Requirements: Should be comfortable working and communicating with team members at all levels, including senior management. Ability to coach subordinates in the development of their career and skills.Preferred Experience/Skills: At least 7 years of relevant audit experience with the last year being in a manager role.Other capabilities: CPA certification is a must.Work set-up:Permanent/Full time roleHybrid set-up (once to thrice a week)Mid-shiftLocation: BGC, Taguig
