Atlassian Consultant (Jira)

We are hiring Atlassian Consultants!At Capgemini Portugal, you will work with some of the industries leading experts, with cutting edge technologies, and a supportive community. You'll be challenged daily and given strong responsibility from day one.We are looking for:3 years of experience administrating Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management); Strong knowledge and familiarity with JQL; Very strong verbal and written communication skills; Working knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies; Understand tools ITIL support framework to ensure strong understanding of processes; Experience extending Atlassian products via code development is preferable; Experience directlyintegrating Atlassian products with other systems is preferable; Knowledge of scriptrunner is a plus; Knowledge in JIRA Access configuration; Knowledge in Datacenter migration to Cloud; Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks.Responsabilities:Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira Service Management); Evaluate and managethe usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs; Work with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, custom fields, etc; Devise, test, and deploy integration's between Atlassian products and other internal tool chains; Conduct training for employees and new hires on JIRA and also briefing the team/s on new functionalities; Research and implement new approaches on Jira and Confluence usage; Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier support; Produce reports andDashboards with EazyBI; Configuration and maintenance of XRAY configuration, fields and screens.What are we offering?The chance to work on interesting challenging projects for national and international clients; The opportunity to work in great, dynamic teams; Health and Life insurance; The possibility of investing on certifications and training; A permanent contract with an attractive compensation package and benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
