Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Tools Platform Owner to join our Körber OneIT Corporate Department. This strategic position requires a professional with extensive experience in managing Agile project management and collaboration platforms in a global, multinational context. The ideal candidate will be accountable for consolidating multiple instances of Atlassian and Azure DevOps into a unified Cloud SaaS environment, managing these platforms centrally, and developing a comprehensive support strategy. This role includes significant responsibilities for platform operations, strategy execution, stakeholder communication, and project management, with occasional business travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Platform Strategy: Implement a global roadmap for Atlassian and Azure DevOps platforms, supporting Agile Project Management concepts in collaboration with business departments.Platform Consolidation: Support consolidation of instances of Atlassian and Azure DevOps into a unique Cloud SaaS environment.Central Management: Oversee the central management of these platforms from the Körber OneIT Corporate Department, ensuring consistency and alignment across different regions.Operational Support: Manage all operational support tasks and outsourced contracts related to these platforms, ensuring robust and reliable performance.Stakeholder Communication: Actively engage with business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of platform strategies and developments.Project Management: Handle project management tasks related to platform developments and improvements, ensuring timely and effective delivery.Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support for the Atlassian Suites and Azure DevOps platforms, ensuring optimal utilization and performance.Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of platform users across the organization.What We Expect from You: Experience: Proven experience in managing Agile project management and collaboration platforms, particularly Atlassian Suites and Azure DevOps, within a global, multinational environment.Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Atlassian Suites and Azure DevOps, including their implementation and management in a Cloud SaaS environment.Consulting Skills: Ability to deliver flexible solutions tailored to business needs, with a strong consulting mindset.Service Delivery: Knowledge in providing professional IT services for R&D, Engineering Software Teams, or product development areas.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile project management tools and concepts, with a technical background in platform management.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling active stakeholder communication and business connections.Global Perspective: Experience working in a global, multinational environment, understanding diverse business requirements and cultural contexts.We value diversity and therefore welcome all applicants - regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion/belief, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity, and any other protected status.
