Atlante is NHOA's new Global Business Line dedicated to building the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage, and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA – which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator – Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.
Position:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team, specializing in electric mobility. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer support. This role involves managing and overseeing external customer service providers, ensuring they deliver high-standard service to Atlante's customers in Spain and Portugal. The role offers a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide a high-quality user experience;
Manage external providers, including training and performing quality checks;
Collect and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for reporting;
Oversee Customer Support Channels (call center, email, chat, etc.);
Continuously monitor and review customer feedback, complaints, and concerns to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in a Customer Care role or a similar position, ideally in the mobility industry.
Fluent in Portuguese and English; advanced Spanish is required. Italian is a plus.
Experience managing customer support service providers.
Strong ability to promote value through the customer experience.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive business relationships.
Technical skills related to the use of products or services.
Proficiency with productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and data management/analysis systems (Power BI, SAS, etc.).
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Accountability and organizational skills are essential.
A degree in Communications or Marketing is preferred.
