Your charge? To help us build a pain-free world, powered by technology, enhanced by people accessible to all. We are seeking an Associate to support our Chief Business Development Officer.
What you will do:
Analyze market data and other information to identify priority business development opportunities;
Develop and refine business development materials and presentations;
Participate in external meetings and coordinate follow-up actions to support business development efforts;
Assist in developing, tracking, and improving key performance indicators within the overall pipeline to ensure project success;
Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments & teams;
Support program management, initiative implementation, and effective communication to aid decision-making processes;
Analyze and improve current processes for optimized efficiency and productivity.
What you need to have:
2-3+ years of strategy consulting / corporate strategy, investment banking and / or business development in a start-up environment;
Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
Exceptional problem-solving skills;
Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders in a structured manner;
Ability to create trusting relationships at all levels of an organization;
Ability to successfully balance multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
Strong interpersonal skills to diffuse conflict and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve optimal solutions;
Entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness and persistence through adversity;
