Responsibilities: Ensure all assigned tasks are properly planned and delivered on time, safely, efficiently, reliably, and in a cost-effective manner.
Propose improvements to the area as appropriate and solve problems.
Make quality and timely decisions within the tasks under her/his responsibility.
Gather relevant data to inform the decision makers regarding complex issues.
Prepare employment contracts and register new employees at the local government entities.
Process employee data and maintain personnel files and time & attendance to ensure accuracy of databases.
Coordinate the onboarding of new employees and ensure that the orientation process and paperwork are consistent with the company onboarding procedure.
Coordinate with HR projects as assigned and handle HR ad-hoc reporting.
Execute professional activities in compliance with GMP and HSE guidelines, internal and external requirements, as well as promote the implementation and maintenance of the company's policies, systems, and procedures (COPs, HBR, SOPs, and others).
Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions, and comply with environmental, health & safety rules/procedures, regulations, and codes of practice.
Minimum Requirements: University or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a similar scientific field (Mandatory).
Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and in Human Resources administrative/legal processes.
Strong understanding and knowledge of human resources practices.
Fluency in English is a requirement.
Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package.
Must have the knowledge, experience, and skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down.
