You will be responsible to:: Responsibilities are within the HR family as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. Supports, monitors and reports upon foundational HR processes, the Annual People Cycle and the hire-to-retire processes.
Ensure all assigned tasks are properly planned and delivered on time, safely, efficiently, reliably and in a cost-effective manner Propose improvements to the area as appropriate and solve problems Make quality and timely decisions within the tasks under her / his responsibility Gather relevant data to inform the decision makers regarding complex issues Can be responsible for preparing employment contracts and the registration of new employee at the local Government entitles Process employee data and maintenance of personnel files and time & attendance to ensure accuracy databases. Can be responsible for coordinating the Onboarding of new Employees and ensuring that the orientation process and paperwork done is consistent with the Hovione Onboarding Procedure Coordination with HR projects as assigned and HR ad-hoc reporting. Execute professional activities in compliance with GMP and HSE guidelines, internal and external requirements as well as promote the implementation and maintenance of Hovione´s policies, systems and procedures (COPs, HBR, SOPs and others) Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions, and to comply with environmental, health & safety rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice We are looking to recruit a Candidate:: University, or equivalent, qualification in Human Resources, Business Management or similar scientific field (mandatory) Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and in Human Resources administrative/legal processes. Strong understanding and knowledge of human resources practices Fluency in English is a requirement Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package Must have the Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down
