Job Description Your job as a Digital Solutions Engineer is part of the Buyer Enablement team within the Solution Consulting organization. Your role is to drive concepts to ensure a consistent and on-demand available Buyers Journey. The main task is to reduce complexity for our buyers using several tools during all touchpoints, starting with a convincing vision generation and up to creating a good feeling when signing the contract. Collaboration with several stakeholders is an important key to fulfill this task.
Your tasks in detail will look like this: Buyer Enablement Initiative Management: Assist the planning and execution of initiatives around implementing solutions to create a holistic and consistent Buyer Experience. Constantly drive adoption and roll-out of the usage of our in-App guidance, Demo Automation and other initiatives to help buyers navigate our applications and convince them of Unit4 solutions.
User Guidance: Independently design and develop user manuals to assist buyers in experiencing our solutions self-sufficiently. Work with Solution Consultants to learn about the best processes and use cases in our applications, to create convincing documentation that demonstrates our solutions work simply and are user friendly.
Demo Automation Tool Support: Contribute to the development of a Recorded Demo Library in the Demo Automation Tool. Participate in and support training sessions for Demo Automation Tool user groups and work continuously to improve the concepts of using the tool to the best use to convince buyers from our visions and convert opportunities.
Content Review and Editing: Be the interface between demo recordings and stories and the creative teams to navigate the content editing. Take over light editing yourself to generate Buyer Enablement content.
Impact Analysis: Support with overseeing the analytics of the Buyer Journey and help to improve the available insights and use them for the best visibility and knowledge of buyers' intent data for our Account Manager and Solution Consultant Teams.
Solution Development: Learn how to navigate our ERP platform to know the best use cases and stories to deliver solutions to customer pain points and be actively involved in influencing running deals by working together with our Solution Consultants.
Qualifications Higher Education in Business Management, Information Technology or Marketing
First work experience is appreciated
Strong understanding of user experience design and the ability to create clear and concise documentation
Customer-centric motivation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in using project management tools and software development methodologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Active listener with effective communication and convincing skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent English proficiency both verbal and written
Experience with the Digital Adoption Platform Userlane and/or the Demo Automation Platform Consensus is preferred
Experience with the Unit4 Business Applications is preferred
