Ansell is looking for an Assoc. Specialist HR Payroll to join our team in Vila Nova de Poiares, Portugal. In this position, you will play a vital role in the payroll execution in Ansell Portugal HR Department.

What your role will be?
You will be responsible for the payroll execution in Portugal, and follow up on the Portuguese Legal Authorities, Government Work departments, Social Security, Insurance Company reports, Internal and External Finance/HR audits and be the financial connection with local Finance Department.
You will contribute to other projects and assignments of the HR Department, as well as the further automation of HR processes and the optimization of personnel administration.
What will you bring to Ansell?
Solid knowledge of Portuguese employment legislation
Languages: Portuguese native and fluent in English.
High software (IT) ability: PHC (Payroll System), HRIS, Time and Attendance (ELO), advanced knowledge of MS Office (high focus and Excel knowledge)
Planning skills, organization, evaluation, versatility and analytical
Empathy, ability to listen to others, interaction and respect for diversity
High level of self-motivation to different tasks
Good skills for autonomous work
Teamwork player
Ability to adapt to new situations, self-motivation and flexibility, resilience and persistence
