Your future duties and responsibilities

Atendimento telefónico a clientes para esclarecimento de questões relacionadas com o serviço (Inbound);
Esclarecimento de questões contratuais;
Gestão de reclamações;
Entre outras tarefas.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Formação ao nível do Ensino Secundário (fator obrigatório);
Competências informáticas no âmbito do Microsoft Office;
Experiência profissional no setor energético (fator preferencial);
Experiência profissional em ambiente de contact center e/ou apoio ao cliente (fator preferencial);
Disponibilidade para horários rotativos de 2ª a 6ª feira, entre as 9h e as 20h (8h/dia);
Facilidade no relacionamento multicanal e capacidade de escuta ativa, transmitindo confiança e proximidade ao Cliente;
Facilidade de expressão oral e boa fluência verbal;
Apetência pelo trabalho em equipa e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
Boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal.
