The selection process Resume and Portfolio Review : We start by carefully reviewing your resume, cover letter, and any work samples you may have from your experience in game development. If your profile stands out, we will proceed to the next step.
Initial Call : After reviewing your application, we will reach out for a short introductory call. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to ask any questions about the position and our company.
Mini Test Task : Candidates who impress us during the call will be invited to complete a mini test task. Don't worry—this task will be simple and may involve verbal discussion. It's designed to assess your problem-solving skills and approach to tasks.
Psychological Testing : To ensure that you're a great fit for our team and work environment, you will go through a brief psychological assessment.
Job Offer : Candidates who successfully complete all the steps will receive an offer to join our team.
Once hired, you will have a 2-month probation period . During this time, we will evaluate your performance, and you'll have the chance to see if our company is the right fit for you. We provide regular feedback throughout this period to help you adjust and succeed in your new role.
