Ref. 20240717/002 - ULusófona is looking for a lecturer and researcher in psychological sciences 17.07.24 - 23h59 Job Description COFAC, Cooperativa de Formação e Animação Cultural crl/ Lusófona University, is hiring a full-time PhD Assistant Professor, under the applicable legislation, on a Permanent Employment Contract basis, for the Porto University Centre, Faculty of Psychology, Education, and Sport. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment with valuable teaching and research experience. Main Duties Teach on-campus and, if appropriate, online courses in the scientific domain of Psychology, specifically in Justice and/or Forensic Psychology and related areas; Participate in academicactivities and community services at FPED; Provide academic and professional supervision to students; Develop advanced and international research at HEI-Lab, within the scope of Justice and/or Forensic Psychology and related fields; Lead and cooperate in processes of applying for national and international competitive funding; Collaborate in trainingactivities in scientific research within the HEI-Lab's scientific strategy. Contractual Terms The position of PhD Assistant Professor is exercised through a permanent employment contract, under the Portuguese Labour Code; The contract to be madeis expected to start in September 2024; The tasks covered by the employment contract take place at the Lusófona University - Porto University Centre, Rua Augusto Rosa, 24, 4000-098, Porto, or at locations deemed necessary.
