Offer Description We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated lecturer to strengthen our Transdisciplinary and Socio-Legal Studies team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our institution's research and academic mission, with an emphasis on international relations, peace, justice and security, specifically in the field of International Law.
Description of the Position: Place of Work: NOVA School of Law facilities, currently located at Campolide Campus.
Job Profile: Assistant Professor to be hired on an individual contract basis for the subject area of Transdisciplinary and Socio-Legal Studies (Policy and Security Studies), including, but not limited to, the thematic area of Peace, Justice and Security (ODS 16).
Requirements: General requirement: until the deadline for submitting applications, hold a doctoral degree.
Special requirements: by the deadline for submitting applications, candidates must:
Hold a doctoral degree in Social Sciences, sub-area Policy and Security Studies.
Have an excellent CV in the scientific area of Transdisciplinary and Socio-Legal Studies, sub-areas of Policy and Security Studies.
Have, as first or sole author, at least one article published in a scientific journal with international circulation indexed in Scopus.
Be fluent in spoken and written English.
