The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, including but not limited to:Collecting rentConducting move-in and move-out inspectionsAddressing tenant concernsMaintaining property appearanceLiaising with contractorsOverseeing property maintenanceQualificationsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFluent in English; proficiency in German or other languages is valuedAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience in team management or related field is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and collaboratively as a team playerBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
