The Company represents in Portugal well-known FMCG and Consumer Healthcare Brands such as Adidas, Castrol, Eryplast, Fluocaril, Lindor, Rimmel, RoC, Scholl and Wella.Currently, the company is hiring an Assistant Key Account Manager.JOB SUMMARY:The Assistant KAM will support and work closely with the Key Account Managers in the daily management of the RE Hyper & Super. We are looking for a profile with high level of analytical skills, capacity to manage considerable amount of data from different sources, and proficiency in excel based tools. The Assistant KAM will manage some customers directly, with the objective to develop sales & negotiation skills that will allow him / her to progress to higher levels in the organization fast. Also will be involved in dynamic projects which can involve the launch of new product lines, I&O Plans and the development, execution and control of effective Customer Plans for all the Brands represented.Some of your tasks will consist of:Negotiate annual Agreements within Budget for the customers in scope with the support of KAMs on an early stageSupport in the negotiation and implementation of annual commercial plansSupport to KAMs in the preparation of meetings with CustomersPlanning and scheduling of promotional activitiesRegistration of promotional activities planned and executed at the CustomersUpdating of commercial dashboardsInteraction with company's Customer Service Department, in order to ensure an optimal level of service to CustomersKEY REQUIREMENTS:Drive for Negotiation & SalesResults Oriented with the ambition to develop and grow professionallyHigh proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PPTStrong analytical skillsWillingness to learn and work in challenging environmentsLanguage skills (Advanced Portuguese and English)University Degree (mandatory)1-2 years of professional experience in FMCG/ConsultingWillingness to learn and ability to work autonomouslyOUR OFFER:Regular home office opportunity and flexible working hoursChallenging position within in a high-performing and growing CompanyExperience in different product categories and sales channelsClose contact with prestigious Brand OwnersCareer progression in line with performance and the expected Company growthIs this your dream opportunity?
