We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Head Waiter to join the team of Pestana Hotel Group at the Pestana Vila Sol Hotel.The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising and managing restaurant staff.Welcoming and assisting guests and patrons, catering to their every need.Building a network of vendors.Taking care of inventory, as well as inspecting both the dining area and the equipment in use.Key RequirementsA minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food and Beverages field, as well as experience in a fine-dining setting and supervising and management.Knowledgeable in English language (verbal and written).Available to work in different schedules.Guest Oriented.Quality Oriented.Team player.If your profile matches this description and you are eager for a new challenge, please send us your CV.
