Assistant Director Of F&B

Job Description A great opportunity to join as a Assistant Director of F&B at a luxury 5 star hotel in Lisbon Assists the Director Food & beverage in establishing the highest standard within all catering departments, in order to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction and maximise sales DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the entire F&B operation and ensures that all standards are maintained.
Responsible for assisting all F&B Head of Department in the day-to-day operation of their respective departments To ensure that all clients frequenting the F&B outlets are always served promptly and courteously Ensures optimal revenue by stimulating sales in terms of covers and average spends.
Assists the DOFB in daily checking all F&B areas for hygiene and orderliness and she pays attention to the personal care of guests and employees.
Deputises the DOFB during his/her absence Responsible for valuables and equipment in the F&B outlets.
To make regular quality control inspection within the department.
Health and safety regulations.
Deal with all special requirements which effect the department.
Keep senior management informed of the latest ideas effecting the operation of the department.
