Assistant Director Of F&B

A great opportunity to join as an Assistant Director of F&B at a luxury 5-star hotel in Lisbon.Assists the Director of Food & Beverage in establishing the highest standard within all catering departments, in order to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction and maximize sales.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the entire F&B operation and ensure that all standards are maintained.Assist all F&B Heads of Department in the day-to-day operation of their respective departments.Ensure that all clients frequenting the F&B outlets are always served promptly and courteously.Ensure optimal revenue by stimulating sales in terms of covers and average spends.Assist the DOFB in daily checks of all F&B areas for hygiene and orderliness, paying attention to the personal care of guests and employees.Deputize for the DOFB during his/her absence.Be responsible for valuables and equipment in the F&B outlets.Conduct regular quality control inspections within the department.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Deal with all special requirements affecting the department.Keep senior management informed of the latest ideas affecting the operation of the department.Possess a good knowledge of the Portuguese language.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
