Join a leading firm in the renewable energy sector as an Asset Manager Coordinator. This role provides the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of renewable energy assets, initially focusing on four operational hydroelectric plants (10 MW each) in central-northern Portugal (Viseu and Coimbra). You will work remotely from Lisbon, supported by two mobile area managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations for hydroelectric plants and, after six months, expand to include asset management of wind (approximately 50 MW) and solar projects (approximately 20 MW).Manage daily administrative tasks and resolve operational issues.Monitor EPC/O&M guarantees and conduct inspections.Maintain accurate asset data using Control Center software.Generate comprehensive monthly reports for clients and organize regular meetings with them.Ensure legal compliance with grid codes and drive optimization initiatives.Candidate Profile:
2-3 years of experience, ideally in hydro management.Multidisciplinary skill set with strong prioritization and communication skills.Positive attitude toward challenges.Mechanical or electromechanical engineering background preferred.Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish; other languages (German, Italian, French) are a plus.Work Arrangement: Hybrid setup: 3 days in the Lisbon office and 2 days remote.
