.Asset Manager (Commercial – Solar PV/Wind/H2)The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day commercial, financial, and administrative Asset Management, working closely with the technical and accounting teams to ensure the overall performance of the assets.The focus will be the systematic commitment to asset optimization ensuring compliance with all portfolio contractual and legal obligations. The candidate will report to Smartenergy's Director of Asset Management.Main responsibilities:Administrative and Commercial managementSupport business development activities, reviewing and negotiating contractsDevelop and maintain relationships with Investors and different suppliers according to the requirements of Asset ManagementElaboration and validation of invoicesElaboration of reports including Financial and administrative KPI analysisMonitoring of communication between the various internal competence centresMonthly and quarterly reporting to senior management including financial performance against budgets, cashflows and P&LReview daily/monthly documentation and reports prepared by external Asset Managers, EPC, and O&M contractorsSupporting internal reporting, including periodic valuation of the portfolio companies, commentary on operational assets in quarterly reports, inputs for business plans, etc.Verify and periodically monitor the energy metering of the plants by directly managing the active invoicing processes to guarantee the regular flow of revenues to the companiesMaintain contact with the Finance department for accounting, taxes, treasury, planning, controlling & reporting activities and in the preparation of financial statements and other relevant reports and statements for the assigned companiesPreparation and control of the Assets' financial budgets, periodic variance analysis, and cash managementPreparation of new Asset Management commercial offersContract management, administration, and invoicing e.G. external asset management contracts, operations & maintenance, power purchase agreements, insurance, etc
