Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Valuation Analyst
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Ensuring the valuation of the Funds' properties, in accordance with CMVM regulations;
Carrying out budget requests for the evaluation process;
Preparing the valuation process in collaboration with the asset management team;
Managing and monitoring the evaluation process in partnership with the evaluation entities;
Validating the evaluation reports in accordance with the regulations in place;
Monitoring the process phases according to the assessment in flow;
Supporting the definition of the annual assessment calendar;
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the evaluation area.
Role Requirements:
Education degree in Economics, Management, Architecture or Civil Engineering;
Master's degree in Management and Property Valuation;
Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture;
Strong analytical skills;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Verbal and written communications and presentation skills;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions;
Written and oral skills in English.
