Main Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate real estate development project management, ensuring timely execution within established deadlines and budgets.
Manage all phases of projects, including licensing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Hire and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and other consultants.
Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the projects, including clients, partners, and external entities.
Monitor project progress, implementing strategies to optimize costs and timelines.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of Norfin's development strategies.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred).
Proven experience in project management and licensing, ideally in real estate development or as a project owner.
Ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on results and achieving targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
