Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Analyst
Main tasks and responsibilities
Analyse and oversee architectural and specialty projects in all phases, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Present alternatives that enhance project performance and deliver results.
Support the organisation of tenders related to project activities.
Manage licensing processes and ensure compliance.
Create presentations for investors and internal use, effectively communicating project progress and objectives.
Assist in the preparation of performance reports, with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure the procurement and validation of essential services, such as insurance.
Foster strong and collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders.
Actively engage in the management of all project stages, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, priorities, and prompt responses to urgent situations.
Role Requirements
Education degree in Civil Engineering (preferable) or Architecture.
Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
1 - 2 years' experience.
Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
