Further information available at and Job Summary: As a Real Estate Asset Management Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient management of real estate assets within the organization. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the successful implementation of strategic decisions, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to budgetary constraints. Your role will involve coordinating various tasks related to the definition and implementation of the Asset/project Business Plan, CapEx implementation, strategic planning, project management, property management and regulatory compliance.
Main tasks and responsibilities Strategic Planning Implementation: Assist in the definition and implementation of the Business Plan defined for the Assets. Control over budget execution and flag deviations or necessary changes in the Business Plan. Operational Expenditure (OpEx) Management Undertake actions necessary for maintenance, repair, or modernization/rehabilitation of the assets under management. Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Management Coordinate the preparation of economic and financial feasibility studies for projects. Collaborate with supervision/project management teams to analyze and revise real estate projects in various phases. Ensure the launch of supervision and construction tenders in line with the business plan and monitor on-site project coordination and execution. Existing Leasing Contract Management: Ensure lease management, including contractual aspects, tenant relations, rent control, and complaint management. New Leasing Contract Management: Assist in implementing the commercial and marketing plan defined for the project. Participate in the negotiation and execution of new leasing contracts, ensuring alignment with the business plan objectives and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically analyze data and assumptions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of real estate investment principles, regulatory requirements, and financial analysis. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Prior experience in real estate asset management or related field is preferred.
