Main tasks and responsibilities
Contribute to the dynamic team overseeing the development of hospitality and residential projects within a prestigious golf and tourist resort in Lagos, Algarve;
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the comprehensive achievement of project requirements and goals;
Work closely with architects and engineers, providing expert technical guidance and support throughout the design, construction, and post-sales phases;
Apply extensive knowledge of construction technologies, smart building systems, and sustainable practices to enhance project outcomes;
Support the organization of tenders related to project activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards;
Manage licensing processes meticulously, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements;
Assist in the preparation of insightful performance reports, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive informed decision-making;
Foster robust and collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration;
Actively engage in the management of all project stages, demonstrating a commitment to strict adherence to deadlines, priorities, and providing prompt responses to urgent situations.
Role Requirements
Master's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field;
1 - 5 years of experience;
Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture.
Strong analytical skills;
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel;
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions;
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
