Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select:
Asset Management Analyst As an Asset Management Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing a flagship real estate asset portfolio encompassing development projects, golf and sports facilities, hospitality, retail, and other revenue-generating ventures.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while supporting the implementation of business strategies and operational plans.
Analytical skills and proactive approach will be key to optimizing asset performance and achieving financial and operational objectives.
Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesStrategic and Financial Support:Assist in implementing asset-specific business plans, ensuring adherence to strategic goals.Monitor financial performance and prepare reports, highlighting key trends, variances, and actionable insights.Support the preparation of feasibility studies and investment analyses for new and ongoing projects.Operational and Capital Expenditure (OpEx and CapEx) Management:Assist in tracking operational expenses to ensure effective maintenance and operational efficiency.Support CapEx projects by coordinating tender processes, contractor onboarding, and project schedules.Monitor on-site project execution, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.Leasing and Property Management:Aid in managing existing leasing contracts, including tenant communication, rent adjustments, and renewals.Support the execution of commercial and marketing plans for leasing new spaces, including tenant acquisition strategies.Participate in lease negotiations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Stakeholder Coordination and Reporting:Collaborate with internal and external teams, including consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Role RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 1–3 years of experience in real estate asset management, investment analysis, or related fields.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and data analysis.Technical Proficiency:Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with real estate and project management software is a plus.Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate investment principles, regulatory frameworks, and market trends.What We Offer:A chance to grow professionally within a leading real estate investment management team.Exposure to a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects, combining development, operations, and investments.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Local and ScheduleFull-Time / Lisbon (Hybrid)
