You Are: You are a seasoned engineer with a robust background in high-speed protocols who is eager to expand your knowledge through verification-related work. With a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, you are proficient in Verilog, VHDL, and/or SystemVerilog, and have a keen interest in learning new state-of-the-art technologies. You possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills and are adept at problem-solving and reviewing complex designs. Your organizational skills and ability to work well in a team make you an ideal candidate for this role. Additionally, you are knowledgeable in scripting languages such as BASH, TCSH, PERL, PYTHON, or TCL, which is a plus. Your passion for innovation and continuous improvement drives you to identify design problems and propose effective solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes in your work. What You'll Be Doing: Identify verification environment requirements from various sources such as specifications, design functionality, and interfaces. Generate verification test plans, verification environment documentation, and test environment usage documentation. Define, develop, and verify complex UVM verification environments. Evaluate and exercise various aspects of the development flow, including Verilog/SystemVerilog development, functional simulation, constraint development, test planning, behavioral modeling, and verification coverage metrics. Identify design problems, propose corrective actions, and address inconsistencies in documented functionality. Collaborate with a team of experts in digital design and verification to specify, verify, and implement state-of-the-art products.
