Arval Flex Account Manager – 2024 (M/F) Miraflores Objectives To enhance our service in the Arval Flex product, Arval Portugal is hiring an Arval Flex Account Manager.
This person will report directly to your Arval Flex Team Leader and Sales Director.
Responsibilities The Arval Flex Account Manager aims at the following:
Being the central point of contact for any Arval Flex needs;
Being a key member of the team in supporting internal (sales) and external (customer) requests and/or needs.
Your day-to-day activities The Arval Flex Account Manager is responsible for the following activities:
The aims at the following: Providing support and accompaniment to the commercial area, namely, when necessary, help with proposals for clients and prospects; Clarifying internal and external queries; Requesting or sending Credit, KYC and Contracts to prospects; Requesting the creation of new NAC (Customers, prospects, drivers). Managing all ARVAL FLEX vehicles in the system (Dynamos): Drawing up proposals for the acquisition of vehicles for the ARVAL FLEX fleet; Placing orders with Arval for vehicles for the ARVAL FLEX; Putting new vehicles into Production in the system for ARVAL FLEX rentals; Booking and initiating rental contracts; Issuing and sending rental documentation to both the partner and the customer; Extending or bringing forward rental vehicles; Closing contracts (Settlement); Invoicing rentals after closing contracts (see if there are any additional charges, such as damages, fuel, etc.); Managing the different 'statuses' of ARVAL FLEX vehicles (on hire, in the workshop, etc.); Placing the vehicles in the system as ready for hire, once we have the OK from the operational partner; Managing the process of carrying out the ITV and renewing the Insurance Certificate. Administrative control across the ARVAL FLEX product: Completion and control of files / maps relating to the activity such as: Cost control Pipeline and pre-bookings Occurrences KPI Sending DUA or other occasional documentation to Clients and/or Partners; Issue Credit or Debit Notes to Customers and/or Partners when necessary; Check and approve / decline Partner invoices; Check with Partner timings for vehicle repairs, when they are ready so that we can make new rentals; Together with Remarketing, carry out the Damage Analysis at the End of the ARVAL FLEX Contract; Send the Client an e-mail with a Link and document proving the damage to the rented vehicle and that we will charge them at the end of the ARVAL FLEX contract. Broadcast all relevant information about the ARVAL FLEX, thus giving the product transversal visibility through: Marketing campaigns; Fleet information; News and other points of interest. Ensuring the correct application of Arval's KYC and Financial Security policies in the management of customer relations. Your profile
Degree (will be valued in Management, Marketing or Engineering); At least 2 years of working experience; Fluent in English; Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Office tools; Knowledge of the automotive sector with a strong appetite for mobility-related topics is a plus; Customer focus, open, curious, enthusiastic, open and collaborative style; Teamwork, active listening, highly motivated; Ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution; Strong communication skills.
