Artwork Manager(M/F/D)

As part of the Quality Assurance team, the Artwork Manager (m/f/d) will be responsible for the proper execution of the entire artwork process for all currently marketed and future marketed finished dosage forms of the Business Unit Pharma. As well as creation and maintenance of respective artwork specification documents, in close contact with customers and suppliers, for all purchase and sales operations. Your tasks: Experience in coordinating packaging development between customers and manufacturers for all marketed finished dosage forms during the product life cycle, including all necessary internal and external communication, is required. As a requirement, you should be capable of creating, modifying, and managing packaging specification documents for all marketed finished drug products during the product life cycle, while effectively managing internal and external communications. Active involvement in supporting the market launch of new products is expected from you. You will be tasked with the maintenance of the Artwork database, ensuring its accuracy and relevance. It is essential that you maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the artwork process to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Your profile: A strong quality mindset is a fundamental requirement for this role. Effective communication skills coupled with a convincing personality are essential attributes we seek. We're looking for candidates who are open to working in international teams. Your experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on stakeholder needs is highly valued. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language are imperative. Solid experience with MS Office and digital savvy is expected. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be considered a valuable asset.
