Aufgaben
What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
Content Reviewers working on our Chatbot team are responsible for reviewing Chat Bot's text- based answers that were flagged by users as not okay, by using the policies & guidelines to decide if the answers were offensive/dangerous
You will visually review text-based content and escalate violations of Client policies using internal tools
On this project you might review content that ranges from mild to very sensitive topics such as but not limited to profanity, hate speech or violence
We have wellness programs and detach hours to ensure you have the supports in place should you need them
Attention to detail and quick decision-making skills are key for success in this role as the tasks can be quite repetitive.
You'll be working as part of a Global team with colleagues based in several countries
Qualifikation
What do you need to be successful at this job?
Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
minimum B2 level in English
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
High School Diploma
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
