What kind of professional are we looking for?5+ years of experience in the XR or gaming industry, with significant time in leadership or art management roles.
Expertise across various art disciplines, including concept art, 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation.
Solid understanding of color theory and composition
Strong knowledge of real-time graphics constraints, particularly on VR platforms and across multiple devices.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Autodesk Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
Deep experience with 3D pipelines, workflows, and optimizing art assets for performance and quality.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of guiding art teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional departments.
In-depth understanding of the technical aspects of art integration in Unity engine.
Residence within a timezone close to CET.
Nice to have: Expertise in motion design and 3D animation
Understanding of rendering pipelines, specifically Unity's render pipelines.
