Art Lead (Match-3)

For which tasks (responsibilities)? In this role, you will shape and ensure the quality of visuals for the Match-3 direction:
Create consistent, high-quality art for the Match-3 direction and ensure it aligns with the overall project style;
Collaborate with 2D, 3D, UI/UX, and VFX teams within the Match-3 domain;
Develop art documentation: guides, quality criteria, and production pipelines;
Conduct regular build analysis to improve art quality;
Work closely with the team: analyze skill sets, provide feedback, and create development plans for the artists;
Participate in team building: evaluate portfolios, participate in interviews, and approve hires.

Have worked as an Art Lead/Art Director on Match-3 games for 3+ years;
Have experience in creating and maintaining the visual style of a project;
Have artistic taste and are well-versed in the visual trends of the casual mobile market;
Understand aspects such as perspective, form, volume, high-level rendering, and complex concepts;
Are familiar with production pipelines and the nuances of developing game graphics;
Are skilled at giving constructive feedback to the team;
Have experience in building, developing, and training a team;
Have a relevant portfolio.
