Selina was born out of a desire to celebrate the nomadic lifestyle: to experience our planet's most beautiful places, to build community, to engage with locals and fellow travelers, to work and enjoy new adventures.What the role isManage Global Studio, and guarantee deliverables with quality and accordingly to brand standards, either for offline and online channels.What you will be doingGlobal Studio team management, mentoring and trainingEnsure Hub Designers final graphics, layouts and creatives are visually appealing and on-brand standards (either for offline or online brand communication)Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touchpoints, and that all materials are within the current style and tone guidelinesGlobal Studio responsibilities (for global team and Hubs): Improve ways of working, processes and design audit and quality controlDevelop visual language for key Global Projects (Global Campaigns, Partnerships, key presentations,...)Develop illustrations and designs.Use and guarantee the appropriate Brand guidelines & Visual language for each project and in all communication touch points, for Global StudioCollaborate with marketing team and all relevant stakeholders, in global projectsWork with the digital marketing and brand team to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.Work with the Director of Digital Marketing to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling,on-brand, performance-driven campaigns and designs.What you need for the role- 10+ years of experienceTeam management experienceExcellent communication skillsAgency experience - advantageA strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphic projectsA Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design - advantageAnimation & illustration skills- an advantageAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesStrong skills with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)Motion design,UI animation skills is a plus.A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsExperience with website building is a plus.Languages: Advanced English, other is a plus.Low and High Skill Wellness DeliveryWhat can you expectCompetitive salaryPerformance bonusNo dress codePet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly)Multiple online training opportunitiesCultural events and wellness activities at Locations.
