You will be responsible for supporting the Art Director in achieving the agency's goals while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative projects. Important things: Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This includes copywriters, designers, and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality. Help maintain the agency's brand and creative standards: Review all creative batches for accuracy, consistency, and quality. Understand marketing and branding principles: This includes messaging, positioning, and target audience identification. Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective ad formats. Task management: Always pay attention to detail and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the agency remains innovative and competitive. Participate: Partake in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to help the agency win new business and create effective campaigns. Ideal Profile Does this sound like you?
