Your tasks Tasks Prospection activities, identifying new business opportunities on the assigned sales territory and increasing the existing customer base Implement strategies for developing field sales action plans Further develop the current customer portfolio Increase sales volume, product mix and selling price by overseeing changing trends, economic indicators and competitors Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Meet with existing customer base to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them Propose new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to overcome the market Monthly reporting of sales activities, according to company KPI's Skills Consistent Sales Goals achievement, with strong target-oriented mindset Excellent negotiation skills Consultative sales, based on customer needs Strong self-motivation for sales Sales planning skills Build relationships and networking skills Processes-oriented person, ability to follow defined procedures and company guidelines Good market knowledge, with previous experience working in the same territory Proactive in creation of new sales leads Self-discipline working remotely Your profile Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Economics or technical related field 5+ years' B2B sales experience in technical sales, preferably in Material Handling Enjoy working with objectives and familiar with working under pressure Skills to develop, negotiate and close medium and large business Based within the related sales territory, ideally in Lisbon area Able to travel around the related sales territory (South Portugal, Southwest Spain) Familiarity with CRM software (SalesForce) Languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English is a must
