WE ARE LOOKING FOR: AddVolt is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Scandinavian region with high energy and a strong work ethic to join our Commercial Team. The Area Sales Manager Scandinavia is a key business development role within our AddVolt equipment and services business. The main goals in this role are to catalyze and support exponential growth within the Scandinavia region by prospecting and developing relationships with new fleet customers, managing and growing existing dealers/distributors, and prospecting new potential dealers/distributors.
As Area Sales Manager you will:
Develop direct dialogue with end users and target accounts. Implement key account strategies within the Scandinavian region;
Identify and develop business opportunities through defined routes to market. Follow up with sales prospects and manage them to establish a customer relationship;
Expand the sale of our products and services with existing Dealers and partners and look for new potential sales and service dealers by preparing presentations or product demonstrations, proposals and sales contracts, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction;
Develop and recommend pricing strategies and implement the agreed marketing plans (incl. trade fairs and exhibitions) in line with the Company's vision and values;
Provide voice of the customers to support the development and introduction of new products;
Communicate new product and service opportunities as well as give feedback on competition and market trends;
Contribute to the training and educational programs of clients;
Maintain and provide accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity related information.

Ability to quickly understand our technical products and their applications;
Independent and well organized when managing simultaneous projects;
Willingness to make the extra effort for the highest customer satisfaction with solid decision-making and problem-solving skills;
3-5 years of sales and marketing experience of technical products to the automotive and transport sectors;
Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English; German as a plus.
Location:
Home office in Scandinavia;
This position requires significant travel mainly within the assigned territory.
