We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our cutting-edge industrial vacuum products across Spain-Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 10-12 customer/distributor visits per week to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Identify and onboard new distributors, providing training and support to ensure their success and foster strong partnerships.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and manage customer relationships (experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory).
Provide technical support and training on our product lines, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and company-hosted meetings to showcase our products.
Who We're Looking For:
Sales Enthusiast: +3 years' experience in technical sales, with a passion for exceeding targets.
Self-Efficient: Capable of working independently in a small sales team, taking initiative, and driving results.
Traveler at Heart: Willingness to travel extensively and explore new territories.
Communicator & Influencer: Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting ideas with authority and conviction.
Innovative Thinker: Ability to creatively solve problems and suggest new approaches to sales and marketing.
Team Player: Works well in a team environment, respecting rules and hierarchies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Residency in the Madrid area is a plus.
Knowledge of our industry markets and a diploma in sales techniques are advantageous.
Proficient command of English is beneficial.
