Resident Area Manager, based in Portugal (Lisbon or Porto) 3845860822661 2024-09-16 Lisboa, Porto Full-Time Sem termo 1 Vaga Job Responsibilities The main objective of the position is generating sales to B2C or B2B customers. The incumbent shall: Define and implement a strategic plan to develop the designated sales territory (Portugal). Generate sales through the development and maintenance of fruitful relationships with clients/dealers. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Manage leads. Visit clients (private B2C end users, B2B dealers, and professionals). Provide outstanding customer service. Profile Portuguese native Spanish C1 Other languages (Italian, French, German,...) are an advantage Sales experience, at least 5 years. Previous home building industry (decoration, architectural solutions, building materials, installations, real estate, home equipment, etc.) commercial experience preferred Organisation and analytical skills Flexibility, resilience, and tenacity Willing to work autonomously Accustomed to working with modern IT tools Used to working by objectives, with regular reports to management Driving licence Available to travel within the country and abroad, occasionally Commercial planning Corporate strategy Business performance analysis Microsoft Excel Home office CRM Working hours: From 08:30 to 17:30, five days per week.
