We are looking for an Architecture Manager to be part of our team. In this position, you will lead technically and design software solutions, working closely with teams in the United States and Brazil. You need advanced and/or fluent proficiency in English to communicate with these different teams and clients during the workday. Requirements: Advanced knowledge in Drupal 8/9/10, including custom development using Drupal API. Proven experience (10+ years) in software development, with a focus on architecture design and technical leadership roles. Strong expertise in software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices. Proficiency in PHP and OOP, with hands-on experience on modern frameworks and libraries is required. Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies is preferred. In-depth knowledge in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into practical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale software projects, from conception to deployment. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure that architectural designs meet functional and non-functional requirements. Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
