Since its establishment, they have consistently and successfully fulfilled their mission of creating inclusive and differentiated teams of experts providing help for customers across many other professional domains.Remote Work - Anywhere in Portugal!Starting date: 10/04/2024Easy online recruitment process (phone call and video interview)No Experience Needed: What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!About the project:You will be providing services for Norwegian-speaking clients of a multinational conglomerate that designs and sells furniture, kitchen appliances, decoration, home accessories, and various other goods and home services.Your tasks:Assist our customers with any issue during and after their order.Assist customers through inbound calls enthusiastically and professionally.Support customers by providing information about products and trying to close the sell over the phone.Support customers on resolution of delivery topics (e.g., where are the deliveries at; deliveries that went wrong, is there any stock available, etc).What you need:Fluency in Norwegian (must be at least C1)Fluent in English (at least C1)Previous experience in SalesNice to have previous Customer Support experienceAbility to communicate clearly and effectivelyWhat you will gain:Remote Work - Anywhere in Portugal!Standard salary of 1750€ gross per month (12 instalments)performance bonus 100€ gross per monthmeal allowance - 7.23€ per daytransportation bonus of 20€ per monthPrivate Health InsuranceNote: EU citizenship or full working rights are required!!
