Job Description SummaryAs Apprentice Project Manager of Installation (PMI), you will be responsible for on-site activities of diagnostic imaging equipment and customer installation projects in order to achieve customer satisfaction through site management and installation quality.
You will set accurate delivery, installation and clinical application key dates and coordinate the field operations until handover. Also, in this role, you will ensure compliance with contractual requirements and local regulations.

Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesProviding support to customers and to sales representatives and deliver high quality site planning documents and drawings to customers.
Selecting equipment cables and options in a timely manner, monitoring and communicating site management key dates for recording in the HPM project management systems.
Ensuring installation quality to our customers and identifying and planning the needed resources.
Providing directions for subcontractors, installation leaders, and clinical applications specialists.
Supporting the sales transfer to ensure compliance, handover, and reporting procedures are followed.
Achieving customer satisfaction through the best possible site management and installation quality.
Assessing sales feasibility for equipment and setting accurate delivery, installation, and clinical application key dates.
Coordinating the field operations till handover.
Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and local regulations.
Required Qualifications & Soft SkillsBachelor's Degree and experience in Project Management within medical devices, construction, or HVAC industries.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (must have), Spanish (desired).
Residency within the Porto area (must have).
Valid driving license (must have) and willingness to work in the field.
Ability to work with and communicate with diverse work teams.
Commitment to quality.
Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals.
Very good communication and time management skills.
Technical background: knowledge in electricity, mechanics, physics, civil works, building trade, CAD, experience or engineering school or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Problem-solving expertise.
