Appointment Setter Responsibilities: Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-ups. Generate new business opportunities by outbound phone calls and emails. Responsible in the B2B space setting appointments with C-level execs in PH. Produce the required number of appointments per week/month. 3 years of working experience in cold-calling, sales prospecting, customer service, and setting appointments. BPO experience is an advantage and knowledge of Pipedrive is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Appointment Setter Qualifications Requirements: Received awards and promotions for B2B sales appointment setting with C-level executives with a verifiable track record of meeting KPIs. Familiarity with group Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Mailer Lite). Knowledge of CRM Customer Relationship Management Software (e.g., Pipedrive). Strong customer success background. Solid experience in multinational/foreign BPOs. Experience in banking, accounting, or finance-related companies. Graduate in any 4-year course. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. At least 3 years of working experience as an Appointment Setter, Customer Service Specialist, or a related field.
