We are currently looking for an Applied Business Developer for an international HVAC-R company.
Responsabilidades Chave: Identify and develop Applied sales and solution opportunities, giving support to colleagues or direct support to customers, assuring customer satisfaction and long-term relations.Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and expand the DAPT Applied Business, meaning the growth of Applied Market (promoting Applied Brand Awareness and new Applied customers) in order to achieve or exceed agreed sales target, involving a combination of sales, relationship-building, market analysis, and strategic planning in residential, commercial, and industrial areas. Competências: Degree or Master in Mechanical Engineering or similar - Application knowledge will be a plus;Highly technically capable individual who has extensive knowledge and understanding of complete water systems – their design and application;Stay up-to-date with changes in the environment, legislation, and other themes that influence the domain of activity;Comprehensive knowledge of market and industry sector;Maintain a deep market knowledge, anticipate its changes and propose actions to adapt;Fluency in Portuguese and English;Experience in sales and/or applied product management, absolute commitment to customer service mindset;2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar position;Experience of working in a fast-moving environment, with an ability to handle numerous projects with competing deadlines and priorities;Experience in Brand knowledge ("what is important to promote"), Product Management (Technical & Marketing expertise) or Sales Expertise.
