Job Description Job Description: The candidate will provide technical / functional support on our Portfolio Management System application: Temenos Triple'A. The candidate will play a major role in handling Incidents, BAU service requests, and Application Support activities. Main Tasks Provide functional support (Front Office users) & technical support (batchs, interfaces…) Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap. Escalate timely to the management on possible risks or issues. Contribute to the knowledge articles. Qualifications Technical Skills: Hands-on experience of Triple'A functionalities (Valuations, Operations, Performance Analysis, Order Management…) Shell (intermediate) SQL – PL/SQL (intermediate) ITIL practices (Strong) Good to have: Experience in a wide range of financial instruments including structured products, futures, options, forex, etc. Actuate reporting. Autosys or any scheduling system. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or computer engineering. Total 5+ years of overall IT experience. At least 1+ years of experience in supporting Triple'A. At least 2+ years of experience as IT Analyst / Business Analyst with private banking or asset management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
