Your Role As an Application Support Technician, you will be part of the 2nd Line Application Support team, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical applications. You will analyze incidents and service requests, design and implement technical solutions, troubleshoot issues using logs and monitoring tools, and contribute to continuously improving application processes. Following ITIL best practices, you will help maintain high service standards while supporting both internal teams and end-users.
You will work closely with a collaborative team to uphold operational excellence. You will leverage your technical and interpersonal skills to meet the needs of a dynamic environment.
What You'll Be Doing Analyze and resolve application incidents and manage service requests.Maintain and improve production processes and solutions.Investigate and resolve recurring issues to reduce downtime.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.Keep technical documentation up to date for efficient knowledge sharing.Provide input on tools and processes to optimize application support.Use log management and monitoring tools for proactive issue prevention. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Powershell scripting.Familiarity with log management tools.Preferred knowledge of Elastic Search and APM.Problem-Solving Skills:
