Provide Android Enterprise ("AE") Qualification: Process applications into the SFDC community.
Provide AE Onboarding: Send legal agreements to approved applicants and update SFDC partner accounts accordingly. List of required systems are: NDA Central SimbaReview SFDC partner onboarding questionnaires and update SFDC partner accounts
Provide partner validation support and notification
Provide Partner Marketing Hub allowlist maintenance
Provide Solutions Directory ("SD") maintenance
Manage Community responses: Manage and support all non-technical based questions created via Salesforce cases which includes
Provide Portal Data Clean-Up
Content publishing process
Provide SFDC Governance
Provide Partner Portal Internal Training
Provide Learning management system ("LMS") support.
Provide internal support of the portal
Provide Partner Portal UAT Testing

Qualifications
Languages: Portuguese (C1), English (C1), Spanish (C1)
Minimum 4 years of experience
Location will be Lisbon and the working model will beHybrid, with at least3 days at the office, with a possibility to increase to 5 days a week in the future. Candidates must be living in Portugal.
